Artistic Director
Pollyanna Demitro attended the University of Colorado for an Undergraduate Degree
in dance. She was a select performer with the Colorado Caravan, Choreographer for the American College Dance Festival and
attended Duke University on a Stagecraft Scholarship.Pollyanna studied and dance with the Paul Taylor Dance Company, Betty
Jones and Fritz Luden of the Limon Dance Company , Kei ta Kei Moving Earth Company and Momix, as well as heading her own modern
dance company .She has served as president of the Boulder unit American Cancer Society for 2 years and a board member for
10. She has been a board member of the Jon D. Williams cotillions for the last 10 years and choreographed numerous productions
. Her modern dance company and performance groups have performed benefit shows to raise money for the American Cancer Society,
EFAA , Crossfyre youth, YWCA and other Non-Profits in Boulder. This year marks our third fundraiser for There With Care
Isabel Day is trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Modern, Ballroom, and Dance Team
styles. Having trained since the age of two, she has studied with Boulder Ballet, Boulder Performing Arts, Ward Carter Dance,
and Taps are Talking. She has performed in several ballets with Boulder Ballet; The wizard of Oz and The Nutcracker to name
a few. She studied Musical Theatre at Interlochen Arts Academy as well as extensive studies in Modern and Ballet. She was
the dance captain for Godspell and a leading dancer in The Pajama Game performed at Interlochen Arts Camp. She has performed
at Boulder's Dinner Theatre in five different Productions and has also performed with BPAC, Peanut Butter Players, Boulder
High School and Fairview High School productions. Isabel is also a professional make up artist, having completed the
James Ryder Make-up seminar. Isabel was hand picked from the participating make up artists in Colorado to go to Los Angeles
and work on the make up in James Ryder's studio in a professional photo shoot. Isabel has also studied voice for thirteen
years, trained in classical and musical theatre. Isabel is available for private lessons in any areas of her expertise.
